Recruiter - IT Specialists / Revenue Partner

Looking for Recruiters / Revenue Partners, to hire IT Specialists for fortune 500 companies.

Salary: Fixed and good Commission % based on type of employment

Eligibility Criteria-
* Must have good communication skills.
Nice to Have
* Candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/IT Recruitment.
Responsibilities
-Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Shine etc.
-Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
-Conduct screening via phone or in-person
-Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
-Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and Clients
-Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
