Recreate excel sheet with all formulas inserted.

I have an excel sheet that is "read only" and need to have the formulas within it reconstructed. It must be recreated with an editable excel sheet with all formulas inserted correctly utilizing 4 editable input variables. Formulas created should be based on open source block of code from another source I can share as a reference among other reference sources. On this project, "Almost" is NOT good enough. I will hold you to a very high standard, please understand this.
