Record live prices of excel

Hello,

I would like to create following 2 customised functions in Excel VBA
following are the functions
1) Record value of specific cell if condition is true
2) Record maximum and minimum value of the cell
I am using MacBook
I am writing here approximate budget but we can discuss it
