Rebuild an Excel Proforma

I'm looking to have my current proforma for a single-family homes developer, which is built in Excel, re-built with an emphasis on increased automation and simplification. I started to rebuild it, focusing on limiting manual entries and trying not to overcomplicate any of it with extensive/un-needed formulas, etc. Hoping someone can finish the rebuild faster than I can. It's only about 5 tabs which I already started to lay out and I will provide samples of other work you could use to kick off.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with Excel, particularly in designing and automating spreadsheets. A keen eye for design and usability is also crucial. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal.
