I am looking for a freelancer to scrape data for me in real-time from Realtor.com, primarily focusing on property listings. The goal is to obtain listings from Realtor.com, then have them compiled into spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets, CSV, etc.) that can be sorted and/or exported for later use. This includes collecting a range of property information from Realtor.com, such as address, listing type, price, number of beds, baths, square footage, and any other relevant information about the property. Where applicable, public records, mortgage data, and other related records should be pulled and processed as well. The information should be presented in a format that can easily be sorted and manipulated.
