Real-time Weekly Sign-up Excel Sheet
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in need of a real-time Excel sheet where 135 workers across 9 different squads can sign up for their work days by selecting their 3 top choices for the week to work overtime. Last column should be used to pick one day OUT OF THE MONTH where they would like to NOT be used for overtime.
Key features include:
- The ability for workers to select their workdays from a calendar interface.
- The sheet should be able to automatically update in real time if they all can access the excel sheet.
The information for each worker to be captured in the sign-up sheet should include:
- Worker's name (We will input that information) 15 slots
- Top 3 choices to work overtime for their respective week (calendar is provided to go by)
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Excel, specifically in creating dynamic calendars and real-time updates.
- Understanding of data management and tracking in Excel.
- Familiarity with creating a user-friendly interface within Excel.
- Experience in creating timed-based functions for Excel.
