I'm in need of a sophisticated CFO dashboard that can provide me with real-time tracking of key financial metrics. Looking for the creation of a template that I can utilise across a broad range of clients.

-Profit & Loss (Revenue and Expenses)
-Balance Sheet
Specific Breakdown for Each Metric:
- Sales Revenue

- Performance against Budget
- Cashflow Forecast
The dashboard should be updated in real-time to facilitate timely and effective decision-making. I'm hoping to work with someone who has prior experience in building dashboards, understands financial metrics deeply and has a knack for creating visually appealing yet functional interfaces. Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel skills is also a must-have. Interfacing with Xero if possible.
