Real Estate Title Search - Pennsylvania BUCKS COUNTY
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are in need of a comprehensive Title Search for a few real estate properties in Bucks County, PA.
The title search must include:
- Ownership history: We need a detailed account of all previous owners of the property.
- Liens and encumbrances: It's crucial to identify any potential financial burdens attached to the property.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in conducting real estate title searches in Pennsylvania. To not only be able to read through the docs but can teach those skills as well.
We will have access to Landex (a paid by the minute subscription program) this weekend and this coming week of 9/2. We will need someone who knows how to read through the documents looking over them with us. The position is temporary but could lead to something more later.
$30 per hour
