Real Estate Skip Tracing for Contact Info
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need to trace the contact details of property owners for a real estate properties. The final deliverable should be in the form of an Excel spreadsheet, with the contact information including phone numbers and/or email addresses.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in real estate research and skip tracing
- Proficient in data extraction - using local GIS online websites to search for property information. I can give more direction on this as needed.
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with creating detailed Excel spreadsheets - Go High Level would be better
- Ability to find both phone numbers and email addresses
Cold Calling the leads to see if they will sell could also be added. MUST have excellent English speaking skills
The successful freelancer for this position will be able to efficiently and accurately gather this information, presenting it in a clear and organized manner. This is a critical step in my research process, and I am looking for someone who can deliver on time and with high quality.
This will be an ongoing project with periodic updates when I find new properties I am interested in
