I'm in need of a well-structured and dynamic Excel spreadsheet. This document will be used to assess potential real estate investments, including their viability and profitability. The sheet should include:
- Details of each property: their name, the asking price range, the size of the block, and a link to the property listing.
- The spreadsheet should allow me to easily sort and filter listed properties based on their price, size, and type (land/house).
Please note I don't require specific calculations or complex formulas. But I do need a clean spreadsheet showing each listing so I can compare.
