Real Estate Financial Modeling

Need to build a robust excel model that automates cash flow forecasting for a multifamily properties based on real time monthly performance data, constantly updating. I have 60 properties in a portfolio worth $2 billion. Each property will have its own excel model, and ultimately need to be rolled up into a very informative and customizable executive dashboard that can be easily manipulated based on the large amount of data being fed in from each model. The dashboard would be built in either MS Power BI or Tableau.
