Real Estate Excel Calculator
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am in real estate. I work with investors who invest in larger funds of money. I need a calculator that can track their annual investments (ex. $50K p/year) over a 10 year period. They would receive annual cash flow as well as back end sale proceeds at year 5. I put together a sample of what I'm trying to do but it is not correct. I do not have the math/excel skills to do myself.
