the project is to take a somewhat rough financial proforma on excel and build it into a more sophisticated model with worst case, medium case and best case analysis pages by manipulating certain lease up and rent amount factors. Either set up one proforma for a mix of uses with lease up rents and operating expenses or set up two separate proformas.
