Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze property latitude and longitude for distance calculations between properties.
- Convert property areas into carpet area and other formats.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the data.
The ideal candidate should be:
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Experienced in real estate data.
