Read VBA code and call WinMerge (sample code provided) [Fixed price: £15]

Freelancer is required to perform the following:
Instructions for freelancer (file attacted)
Double Click B2 or D2 to open pop up message to select xlsm file.
As soon as the file is selected, do the following
Perform steps mentioned in step "When user delete file name from B2 or D2"
Read all macros in selected file
Put Module/Form/Sheet Names containing code from row number 5 onward. Note, when same Module/Form/Sheet name is already present on other side, then put name in the same row.
If sheet already exists, then put entire oode content in the existing sheet in col B or D (respectively). If sheet do not exist then create a hidden sheet and insert contents.
Perform comparison of code (this is as simple as putting "=" comparision). If any row comes as false, then highlight row 5 onwards as red, otherwise green.
When user delete file name from B2 or D2
Delete all Module/Form/Sheet names in col B or D (respectively) from row 5 onwards (including fprmatting).
Delete Module/Form/Sheet code contents in col B or D (respectively) from all hidden sheets
Delete all sheets (except Setup & Main) where code contents are not present in col B or D
When Module/Form/Sheet name is nw displayed in Row 5 onwards, and user double clicks on any row highlighted green or red
Run WinMergeU command. Note: You will need to install WinMerge
Send code from hidden sheets to WinMergeU.
WinMergeU options to be used: /e , /m Quick, /t Text, /maximize
