Reaccreditation Documents

I am preparing charts for continuous improvement. Most are done within a single Excel Workbook. I need to develop a chart of faculty publications organized by Department, then by publication and title of publication.

All publications are available but are right now organized by author.

I want to have the publications in this format not later than Friday of this week.
