ROI Tool Data Visualization in Excel

I'm looking for a Business Analyst or Data Engineer who can create some data visualizations for a Return on Investment (ROI) tool. The project involves working with data from an Excel file that I will provide.
Key Tasks:
1. Creating 2 or 3 graphs from the provided Excel data.
2. Developing a single graph that illustrates Labor Cost, ROI metrics, and Facility/Equipment/Maintenance Cost percentages, and how these factors impact the overall ROI.
3. Designing a graph showing all factors that influence ROI.
4. Creating a separate graph illustrating how an ideal ROI can be achieved from a realistic one, and what improvements are necessary.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating complex data visualizations.
- Strong analytical skills with a background in business analysis or data engineering.
- Experience in working with ROI metrics and understanding of cost factors.
- Ability to categorize data by time periods (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
