RFQ and Biddings tracking

I have i list of ongoing Rfqs and bidding i’m trying to create a dashbored to track the progress

My issue is : i need to track display the reason for each rejected rfq dynamically in the dashboard but the pivot table does not display text

Note : please read requirements carefully , i need video explanation with the work
