I have an existing VBA file that uses an Excel spreadsheet to send emails in bulk.
A previous freelancer submitted the file with the assumption that it worked. For reasons unknown, he will not finish the project. According to him, the software works, But apparently, it needs tweaking.
I am looking for a new freelancer to review and fix the existing code.
