Quote sheet for a construction company

I am looking for a freelancer to develop and format a quote sheet for my construction company. This sheet should include quotes for both materials and labor costs. I am unsure of what formatting or sections should be included so I would appreciate suggestions from the freelancer. There is no specific deadline for when I need the quote sheet so I am flexible with timing. I would like to see the workings out behind the quote and be able to send a customer fit pdf
