Quotation Automation Work

We are distributors of electrical cables. When our clients send us information to quote, we extract their infromation from their bill of materials and manually enter it in to excel and mail it to our suppliers to quote. On reciept of suppliers quote , we carry out internal calculation to calculate pricing and then submit to our clients in our quote template ( excel based). Also the information that is sent to our client is capatured in our MIS database manually. We would like to automate the process. I have enclosed copy of SOP for reference.
