Quickly Import Square Items

I recently purchased a business which involves sending employees out to sell items at farmers markets. I need to import the previous owner’s square item list etc. into my own account. She has shared this with me via email. I believe the process is quite simple but I have very little time left and it must be done on a computer not a phone or iPad platform as I understand anyway. I have not used square before. I need this completed in the next 2 hours.
