QuickPick Excel Delivery Tracker Creation

Project Overview:
We are looking for an Excel expert to create a delivery tracking system for QuickPick. This system will help us manage delivery logs, cash-on-delivery (COD), agent performance, expenses, vendor settlements, and financial summaries.
The Excel file should be well-structured, with formulas, dropdowns, and automated calculations for easy tracking. A dashboard for key performance indicators (KPIs) is also required.
Scope of Work:
You will develop a 6-tab Excel system with the following features:
Delivery Log – Track all deliveries, including delivery ID, customer details, payment method, status, agent name, COD collected, and notes.
Delivery Agents – Store details of delivery agents and track their performance (total deliveries, COD collected, and delivery fees).
Vendors – Track vendor details and settlements (total COD collected, settled amounts, and balance).
Daily Expenses – Log gasoline, airtime, electricity, and bike maintenance expenses.
Delivery Fee Lookup – Automate delivery fee calculations based on location.
Daily Summary – Summarize daily earnings, expenses, net profit, and settlements.
Required Features:
✔ Dropdowns for agent names, payment methods, and delivery status.
✔ Lookup tables (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for delivery fees).
✔ SUMIFS formulas for aggregating agent/vendor performance.
✔ Conditional formatting (highlight pending deliveries, COD discrepancies).
✔ Pivot tables for agent/vendor/date analysis.
✔ Automated dashboard for real-time insights.
