QuickBooks 2022 Pro CSV Import Assistance

I'm seeking a QuickBooks expert to assist with importing .csv files into my QuickBooks 2022 Pro.
Here's what I need:
- I have around 5000 clients' data (fname, lname, national ID, and account number) that needs to be imported and updated daily with payment records.
- Each client has disbursed amounts (as in the case of a loan) that need to be accurately recorded.
- Daily, I receive a .csv file with payments which must be imported and matched to the appropriate loan number.
- Payments need to be updated in QuickBooks based on the account number.
In terms of handling mismatches:
- If there's a discrepancy during the import, I need the system to skip and report the mismatched entries.
