QuickBooks Desktop : Create IIF of Invoice Data from Excel File with Custom Fields

I'm currently using QuickBooks Desktop and am in need of someone who has deep understanding of creating excel macro to generate IIF format file which can be imported into Quickbooks.
The excel spreadsheet will have multiple custom fields as shown in attached invoice if manually generated within quickbooks.
Your mastery of Excel Macros and QuickBooks integration will be crucial for this task. The spreadsheet is used to record meter reading data for different customers and calculate water units used, accordingly generate invoices and record previous/current reading in quickbooks.
The macro needs to calculate previous/current reading , billable amount. Then create IIF file as per requirements of QuickBooks Desktop
Experience with similar integration projects is MUST !
