Quick excel VBA work

Hello, I am looking for a quick turn out. It won't even take 30mins for a PRO. I have an excel sheet with Color and Sizes in one row. I need to have Sizes in columns instead. Rest all the data would be remain same. Please check the sample INPUT and OUTPUT.
