Quick, but slightly complicated microsoft excel formula help (super fast if you are proficient)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need help with an If, then type scnario. Not that the formula needs to necessarily be that. Per the attached excel spreadsheet I am looking for the following:
1. I am looking for a formula to solve for row 14. I am also looking for a formula that each time row 10 reaches 1,000,000 or greater it starts over at 0, adding in the next column just the row 9 above.
2. It starts by looking at the difference between row: Book Size Row 8 from column to column. (C8-B8).
3. That difference of those two is represented in row 9, Annual New Growth.
4. Row 10 accumulates the annual growth UNTIL it reaches 1,000,000 or greater. When this happens, row 10 needs to reset (need formula for this too please....adding in the next column just row 9 from above it and nothing else (example in column E)
5. When row 10 reaches 1,000,000 or greater I would like row 14 to do the following: Solve by dividing the number in row 10 by the number in row 5 (Total Valuation). This will create a decimal.
6. This is considered a "qualified event represented in row 7. When there is a qualified event that is when the next column row 10 will reset and only add row 9 directly above it.
