PART 1)

I have a client list I copy/pasted from PayPal into Open Office and I cannot sort by columns as the copy/paste is mixed with 1000 rows that do not go vertical. Thus I am unable to sort until they are removed or broken up, so I can sort by columns.

See attachment. I need to know how to remove or break up these rows, so I can sort columns A-B-C-D

PART 2)

The names of clients in Column A, I need separated into two columns. I need to know how to break up the First and Last Names into a First Name Column and Last Name Column.

For example if their name is 'Burlan Flavius Alin', I need Column A to be Burlan and Column B to be the rest: 'Flavius Alin'
