Quick Sales and Marketing Report -- 2

I need a report that can give a graph chart and track data for sales and marketing. For example: The number of leads a sales person received, how many turned into a proposal, how many were closed, how many were lost. a different graph for reasons the deal was lost. and a different chart for where their leads have come form. Need this asap if possible.
