Quick Fix: Excel/Outlook/Word

I have a program based in Excel that mail merges a Word document with a list from Excel and mails it from Outlook

I am recently getting an error message suggesting the macros have been blocked.

I have attached
- the Excel program
- a modified excel list
- a copy of the Word document
- the error messages (2)
- and the VBA error message
- the location of the excel file on my server: \\MDSERVER\Public\Group\Email and Letter Generation Modules

I have adjusted the "trust center" in Excel and the properties of the specific program.

Please look and advise.
I need it back by today, if possible
