Quick Excel Macro

Need a quick excel macro made. I have a list of data (3 columns, many rows). I want to split this data up to a team of staff to review it randomly. So I would like to input the number of people reviewing, and have Excel then make the appropriate number of new files, with totally random data from the amin file in each new file (however, all data would be assigned).

So basically, if this file had 1,000 rows, the macro would ask how many files to generate, if I put in 5, it would generate 5 files of 200 rows each (randomized).
