Quick Excel Formula to Parse text to date

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a quick Excel formula to parse text into a date format. The text format I am working with is Thu, 10 Aug 2023 at 4:41 PM. I would like the parsed date to be in MM/DD/YYYY format. I only need the parsing function, no additional functions or formulas are needed in the Excel file.
