We have a project requires a take off room by room and other areas m2, take off per room along with skirtings Lm to all rooms.
Must be measured and submitted back to us in Excel format with room by room breakdown and total summary.
Two floors total 1900m2 ground approx 1100m2 and first approx 800m2 very simple project, we are looking for some with experience we can use regularly to help with similar projects of flooring and wall takes offs
We will pay lump sum subject to acceptance, this is a test project to see if there is compatibility between us and you. A professional would take no longer than 2hrs max as I have done this myself.
All parts of Excel must have m2/lm x rate inputs for estimating with summary’s having totals etc.
