Quality excel file entry

I would like a general overview of all the quality testing that is performed. Data that is collected is graphed and documented. The Excel Sheet is already made, I would like one entry point where all the data is collected and feed to the respective sheet per test. I would also like to view the graphs in a dashboard along with any alerts, notice etc.
