Purchase Receipts Management Expert Needed

I'm seeking a professional who's adept in dealing with purchase receipts. For example, I purchased physically 100 quantities of a product in a China factory and I purchased 50 quantities of a product in a china local store and I took them in my car. I mean I didn't require to the Factory and Local store to ship my purchased products via courier or online shipping. I totally took all of the products by myself in my car. Then what receipt should I get from the Local Store and Factory?
