Property Management (14) Properties

I have an existing spreadsheet on 2 separate excel spreadsheet and one wish list spreadsheet I would like to mimic that I think would make my life easier. I can get around excel and add formulas but I would like to have rent rolls created in tabs with more detail. Maybe one page with shared expenses that feeds to separate tabs which include the rent roll in the same spreadsheet. I am including a wish list document to look at too.
