Project and resource portofoil management

Hi,
I need a management tool, either in google sheet, or in other web version as jira or so.
I need a project portofolio where we add projects with additional information.
We also need a gantt view of project portofolie, and we also need a seperate gantt view that is linked to "resource" column.
See attached photo for layout and description (we also need more columns).
Filter function and search function is also important!
Need this done ASAP.
