Project to make interlinked Google Spreadsheet software using Macro

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create an interlinked Google Spreadsheet Macro software for me. The main requirements for this project are data entry, sharing and collaboration, as well as high level security measures with multi-factor authentication.

Specific features needed for this software include:
- Data sharing capabilities to allow multiple users to access and collaborate on the spreadsheet
- The ability to input and calculate data within the spreadsheet
- Data visualization and charting capabilities to present the data in a visually appealing way
