Project Trader

I have raw share history data in excel (date, price,etc) and would like a program to calculate historic returns on predefined inputs. Eg. I would input a share should be bought every time it gets to 100 and sold every time it gets to 120. The program should calculate what the return would have been on the data set based on a selected time series. Inputs would be buy/sell prices and the start date. Program would use the data to calculate the return.
