Project Timelines
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We need two Project Timelines created for PRP/SDS and BTSE (Burn/Trauma). The first attachment is the template we will need to use for these two tasks. (attachment labeled Project Timeline)
We also need a RACI template built for us to use as a standardized document for our projects/IPTs. I have included a copy of what we currently have in place, (attachment labeled BTSE EUE Internal RACI) and what we would like to model our template after. (attachment labeled Copy of USMECOM Implementation RACI Matrix.)
