MS Project Task Manager with Gantt

Hi: I'm working in aerospace environment which requires a DCMA 14-point analysis to be performed on my schedule. Do you have a tool to perform the calculations? I would prefer to download a MS-Project View into excel worksheet and do the calculations with macros since my employer will not not pay for a proprietary tool. Any ideas about how to get a tool for the 14 point?
