Project Occupancy and Time Report Automation

I have a sheet that collects check-in/out times, project names and employee names. The sheet is updated by a google form. Names and projects on the form can change.
I need this sheets data to be used to determine if a project is currently occupied and to generate a weekly time report by project and employee.

- Determine project occupancy: The solution should utilize the check-in/out times to determine whether a project is currently occupied or not.
-Occupancy: Displayed on a Google sheet as text (OCCUPIED/CLEAR) next to the project name or change color (red/green) of project name.
- Weekly time report: The time report can be in Google Sheets format.
- Technology/Platform: You are free to choose the best technology or platform to automate this process.
