Project OCR

I want to convert my excel income worksheets into a form on my website. I would like for the person to be able to upload the income document (pay stubs, W2s, tax documents) and the software to extract data from scanned documents (numerical information to populate into the form). FYI....I picked "skills required" that "looked familiar, but I'm not really sure and apologize if they are wrong.
