Project - Home timeline tracker

Hi there,
I am a project manager and would like to create a template to assist with tracking multiple homes being constructed against forecast program dates. We build groups of 10-50 homes per stage and need to track their progress throughout (using the actual ‘completion date’ data set). I need formulas to quickly display in the ‘lot tracker’ section the status of each stage. There is more detail in the spread sheet attached.
Please quote the following;
- ‘Lot tracker’ Data table to act similar to example below. (more detail in attachment)
- Gantt chart for forecast dates (second tab of attached template)
- Additional gantt chart for actual completed dates (where job is ongoing apply nominal day range to forecast completion)
- Auto populating Gantt chart based off information input on first tab
