Scope of works - Project Dashboard
The intention of this scope of works is to provide an overview of the requirements for a dashboard front-end project style reporting mechanism, supported by the data entry input fields (designed for Ease-of-use) , with automatic calculations for the same.
The front-end dashboard should include high quality graphics, colourful images, and pictorial representation of the topics, which shall include personal pictures of the employees.
The dashboard will graphically identify a number of specific key performance indicators (KPIs), individually set out and presented in a high-quality format.
The data input shall be designed as for ease of input and maximised by the automatic calculation, to enable the KPIs to be updated ‘as and when’ required.
The file should be password protected and password provided to the owner.
The following KPIs (and other works) will be included within the system and shall be measured and presented. These are as follows:-
1) The % completion rate - overall
2) The % completion rate - by department
3)The % completion rate - by individual
4) The % outstanding tasks by all
The % outstanding tasks by department
5) The % outstanding tasks by individual
6) Other works - KPI’s to be assigned
7) % Priority works completed by level
8) % Priority works completed by all
9) % Priority works completed by individual
10) % Priority works completed by department
11) Estimated time to complete outstanding works
12) Estimated time to complete outstanding works by Priority level
13) Estimated time to complete outstanding works Priority works by All
14) Estimated time to complete outstanding works by Priority by individual
