C# Programmer

I am looking for an advanced C# programmer to help me develop a new program for an estimating system. The specific programming tasks I need assistance with include developing new features and functionalities, as well as optimizing and improving operations from an existing VBA coded Excel work book. I am flexible with the timeline for this project and do not have a specific deadline.
Initially I am looking to find the right person to work with who I believe would be a good person to work with. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence will be highly preferenced as personal traits.
I have an excel workbook that I currently use. This will be the starting point to understanding what I want out of the new program. As I am new to the programming world, please understand that this will be a slow burn and long term project broken up into many milestones.
