Programmatically copy OneNote section to different location based on excel values

Hi, I have about 13 OneNotes that will need to be re-categorized based on a list of excel values. There should be a link so that if the original one notes are being updated that is reflected in this new location, I can provide an example if need be, but they should be fairly straightforward and simple for anyone familiar with Microsoft graph or some sort of shell scripting .
