Programer excel/ Ai specialist

Programer of Excel/Ai systems. Hi I posted about 7days ago looking for a excel programer. Which is yes what I need, but since posting I have learned that someone with Ai qualifications would be a great help. I am looking for a program that I would be able to take a picture of a item. Then either have a description written by a implemented program or if the description could be done on the image itself by a implemented program. This is what i need the program for i run a weekly auction that runs live on the internet. Its hosted by a thrid party company. Now at the moment i am only able to get about 200 to 320 lots a week. I have to right a descriptionfor each lot or item. Then i have to take a picture of each item or lot and put them into drive so they can be put into order of lots. To much work so that is way i am looking for a better way. If you are able to program something for me that would work please let me know. Also thank you to everyone who reached out on my frist posting. I jumped the gun or didnt know enough what i really needed in the form of help..
