Program to convert MS Excel spreadsheet worksheet into standardized MS Word report template.

I am looking for someone to write a program that will covert a standard MS Excel worksheet into a standardized MS Word report template. The data and text in each row of the Excel spreadsheet will need to be converted onto a single MS Word page. For example, 10 rows of data will build a 10 page Word document, one page for all the data/text in the row of the Excel file. The Excel columns must be converted to standardized and specific areas on the Word page template.

I welcome various methods to do this, so please indicate any software or programs that you intend to utilize for this task, as I'll need to be able to easily and economically access. The overall deliverable is a program/process that I can easily convert my excel sheet into a Word report.
