Professionally Styled Excel Reports

I run a business that pays commissions to my sales reps. Currently, my reports are completely without design and I am trying to build something more professional.
If you look at the attached document, the second and third tab labeled "EPI" and "NPC" should not be changed. However the first tabs "Summary" and "Historical" need to be styled in a very professional way. Dont worry about the data since that will change every month. I just want the actual design to be impressive.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Also, I will only respond to people that send me examples of their Excel work.
